Staying close to the airport is always so convenient, especially when you have a flight to catch early in the morning. The shuttle service was complimentary, which was amazing and saved us quite a bit of money. The staff were so friendly and courteous, we felt so welcome. The room was comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the hotel restaurant Reflection had a lot of delicious options. it was a great experience.
Parking seemed to be an issue as some of the rooms that were facing the car park had noise from car doors slamming.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - just a few minutes' drive from the airport with a free shuttle service provided. The hotel is situated in a residential area, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the drivers to the receptionist, who kindly extended our check-out to 12 noon. The rooms were immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.

This hotel is conveniently close to Melbourne airport, making it an excellent choice for those needing a quick and easy stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's shuttle bus service worked perfectly, and there were even small shops within walking distance to grab some last-minute provisions.

The airport pick-up and drop-off service was a convenient perk. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, easy to sleep in late. The friendly staff offered a wake-up call service that we found helpful.
We were required to leave a $100 deposit, even though we had already paid in full. This was an unexpected inconvenience, especially since we don't have a credit card.
